Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations for different entry times can be made by clicking the Book Now! link, which will ask for the number of guests you’re reserving an entry time for, as well as the names and email addresses of all guests in your party.
 
To guarantee a fun and safe experience for all participants, Anthropolo’s staggered entry times can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests entering at a time. Parties of fewer than 4 can sign up, but remaining slots will remain open. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly. 
 
After you submit your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent listing your entry time. Both off-campus and non-WPI guests are allowed and encouraged, but please be sure to review our Location details to ensure you arrive on time for your booked entry.

Anthropolo contains mild horror elements and its recommended age range is 13+.

Walk-ins may be admitted based on availability, but we cannot guarantee entrance without a reservation.

About IMGD

WPI Interactive Media and Game Development (IMGD) is among the oldest games and interactive  media degrees in the nation. Blending the visual and technical arts, programming, storytelling, music, writing, design, user experience, and production management, IMGD offers highly customizable degree programs that both covers the breadth of interactive media and games and empowers students to specialize in their own area of interest. One of the only academic units in the nation that has all the areas of games and interactive media within a single program, IMGD is a hyper-collaborative program. Through course and project work, IMGD trains students at all levels both in development of specialized skillsets and in how to effectively and respectfully communicate with each other, collaborate, and work toward common design goals that require all those skills to align.

Yes! With the exception of any room attendants you may come across and your fellow guests (unless permission is given), we encourage you to take photos of your time and experience within Anthropolo.

As part of reserving an entrance time for Anthropolo, all guests are requested to provide their name, email address and phone number. We request this information largely to help deter bot activity. Phone numbers will only be used in case of cancellation or other emergency. Email addresses will also be used in case of cancellation, but are primarily used to send confirmation emails that detail entry time and cost.

All personal information collected by the team will be deleted once Anthropolo comes to an end.
